For a Stihl 2 stroke machine we recommend using Stihl 2 stroke oil at a 50:1 ratio which equates to 20ml to 1 litre of fuel.
We don’t recommend using fuel containing ethanol as it’s hygroscopic. This means it will attract water which can result in blockages throughout your fuel system.
This is a hard one to answer as it depends on how much you use it. As a rule of thumb, we recommend once a year or every 50 hours for a ride on mower.
